A global team of Product Stewardship professionals is driving continuous improvements of established internal processes to support our ambition to be the preferred world leader in chemicals.

As part of our overall Responsible Care® commitment, SABIC drives continuous improvement and the safe use of products in its entire value chain beyond regulatory requirements.
Our Product Safety Code management practices include strong product safety management of new and existing information, risk characterizations, product design and a proactive value chain outreach with our customers.
Through our Safer Chemistry program we voluntarily substitute, eliminate or reduce Chemicals of Concern with substances that have a lower hazard profile.
Our Product Stewardship team contributes with strong know-how about existing and evolving regulations as well as toxicological expertise to assess and improve throughout the products’ life cycle.
