To differentiate itself in a crowded marketplace and signal a commitment to working collaboratively with the agri-nutrients sector, SABIC consolidated its agri-nutrients businesses under one unified brand – SABIC Agri-Nutrients Company. Its transformation journey reached completion at the start of 2022 through Project Transfusion, which established an agile operating model able to respond to the unique challenges of the agri-nutrients industry.
The creation of SABIC Agri-Nutrients Company represents an evolution of our brand strategy, utilizing the existing equity of SABIC, while at the same time, underlining our commitment to the global agri-nutrients market in the branding approach. It will further enable us to drive the value of our master brand while, in parallel increasing differentiation in the agri-market.
GROWING IN STRENGTH
Over time, SABIC’s brand has grown to reflect its transformation from industry “follower” to “leader”. Since 2014, the SABIC brand has experienced year-on-year growth, more than doubling in value.
In 2024, our brand value grew to US $ 4.719 billion – an increase of 1% compared to the previous year – establishing it as the world’s second most valuable brand in the chemicals industry and a spot among the top 500 brands globally.
Our ongoing Global Advertising Campaign continues to showcase our commitments to driving customer performance, ensuring long-term reliability, and establishing valuable relationships based on trust.
Ultimately, our brand’s evolution reflects the increasingly positive perception of the business among our key stakeholders over time.
