Sabic reinforces strategic partnership with Boao Forum for Asia

SABIC, a global leader in diversified chemicals, today announced the renewal of its honorary strategic partnership with Boao Forum for Asia (BFA). The partnership with BFA, which comes on top of 17 consecutive years of sponsorship, underscores SABIC’s long-term commitment to high-quality, sustainable development through cross-regional collaboration.

Justin Wang, SABIC Vice President and Regional Head of Greater China, and Cheng Ji, Executive Director of BFA, signed the partnership agreement under the witness of Ban Ki-moon, Chairman of the Board of BFA, and Zhang Jun, Secretary General of BFA.

“SABIC attaches great importance to its strategic partnership with BFA,” said Justin.  “We will continue to support BFA and leverage its role as a high-profile thought-leadership platform to enhance our influence, and expand collaboration with multiple stakeholders to drive inclusive development.”

SABIC has consistently driven efforts to support sustainable development globally. Earlier this year, SABIC hosted the first-ever BFA Conference in Riyadh under the theme “Energy Transition for a Sustainable Development.”
