SABIC has a large portfolio of non-halogenated flame retardant resins, which qualify for eco-labels all over the world, helping the consumer electronics industry limit the use of hazardous substances.

We also work with our customers to develop customized post-consumer recycle and post-industrial recycle solutions.

Our engineering thermoplastics business has recently launched a new LEXAN™ polycarbonate based on renewable feedstock which can be used for many E&E applications. It is part of SABIC's TRUCIRCLE™ portfolio of circular solutions that can help our customers and brand owners to manufacture sustainable products that meet the growing challenges of today’s society.
