REDUCING THE WATER CONSUMPTION OF NEW HOMES WITH INNOVATIVE SABIC INFRASTRUCTURE

The Home of Innovation™ is a demonstration home in Saudi Arabia that showcases sustainable solutions which can grow business on a local, regional and global level.

The demonstration home achieves significant energy and water efficiency and is the first single-family dwelling in the Middle East to achieve a LEED-Platinum® rating from the United States Green Building Council™. It is projected to use nearly 40% less energy and 40% less water than an ordinary Building Code-compliant home of comparable size.

This is possible thanks to durable plastic connections and pipes that resist corrosion and reliably connect hot water recirculation and grey water reclamation systems. And an extensive roof-top solar array that helps achieve a net-zero energy balance within a 12 month period.

A true innovation in sustainable living.
