Dorel Juvenile is a leading global company, producing respected brands and is committed to innovative, quality products. Their car seats have already carried 50 million babies home from the hospital, so it was important for them to offer a solution that provided weight reduction with no compromise on safety.

SABIC’s solution offers high impact resistance, coupled with excellent stiffness, but still has excellent flow properties that allow for the designers to be able to make aesthetic designs.

The end result was that Dorel Juvenile, together with SABIC were able to design a new revolutionary baby-car seat with a detachable soft carrier that offers all the safety and reassurance that modern parents demand.
