Engage
For SABIC it’s all about connecting to achieve more. Connecting with colleagues and customers, whatever their individual and cultural differences, by being attentive and respectful. Building trust so that other people can express themselves and share opinions and ideas. All leading to mutually rewarding collaborations.
Create
Innovation is the fundament of our business and our future. We embrace finding and seeking new ways of doing things. Improving existing practices, adapting for the future and creating totally new ideas. With our colleagues, with our customers and with our partners. And for the long-term.
Deliver
It’s about delivering on your promises and commitments. Taking responsibility and making things happen. Having the mentality of a winner. Being decisive and making big calls at crucial moments.
