Mr. Mohammed Al-Subaie is a member of the SABIC Board of Directors, Chairman of the Board Audit Committee, and a member of the Sustainability, Risk and EHSS Committee.
He holds a Master of Business Administration (Accounting) from the King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Columbia College.
Al-Subaie has held several positions at different times in Saudi Aramco, including Chief Audit Executive, Assistant Controller, Manager of the Operations Accounting Department, and Associate General Auditor.
He has also been an Audit Committee member at Etihad Etisalat Company (Mobily), Audit Committee member at Banque Saudi Fransi, and Board Director & Audit Committee member at S-Oil Company, South Korea.
