We are continuing to build a diverse and inclusive corporate culture, placing a strong emphasis on supporting employees and developing the next generation of leaders, in part through the creation of a new Young Employees Committee, chaired by our CEO, to shape our future workplace to inspire the next generation. We will make the SABIC Scholarship Program available to female students, providing numerous opportunities to continue higher education and specialize in their areas of work.
