Established in 2015 to deliver high quality built environments for Saudi Arabia, Modern Buildings Factory is a Jeddah-based offsite construction company, specializing in cold-formed steel panelized and modular building solutions.
Along with top quality, we aim to deliver reduced construction times and mitigated project risks, while employing Saudi nationals and locally manufactured products and materials.
2D (Panels)
Pre-assembled steel-frame panels incorporating sheathing, electrical first fix (boxes and conduits) and insulation, ready for on-site erection.
2½D (Pods & Panels)
Complete fully-finished bathrooms and kitchens including fixtures - commonly known as pods. Typically we will deliver and construct a building on-site, combining panels with fully-equipped, pre-fabricated ‘plug in’ pods.
