Our innovative Surface Treatment Technologies can extend the life of metal assets by twice, three times, or more.
• KCC (KST Chromium Carbide) - a revolutionary alloying technology combatting corrosion, erosion, abrasion, chemical resistance and surface hardening, which can extend metal asset lifetimes by anything from twice to five times
• KZC (KST Zinc Ceramic) technology is around twice as effective as traditional methods such as hot dip galvanizing in protecting metal against corrosion
• KINC (In Organic Ceramic Coating), specially developed for refurbishing pipes, valves, bolts and the like, offers two to three times better corrosion protection than any other coating method
• KNN (KST Nano Nitriding) is currently being developed to protect semi-conductors and other parts and machinery against corrosion, erosion, abrasion and so on
All of these technologies have been developed by KITECH (Korean Institute of Industrial Technology) organization - a Korean Governmental body.
