GUARDIAN GLASS HELPS SAVE POWER AT NEW VILLAS PROJECT

The Home of Innovation™ and Mohammad Al-Habib Real Estate have announced an agreement on the AsalaAl-Juwan Villas Project located in Al-Juwan, Riyadh North. The project involves 600 high-quality villas with large spaces, based on agricultural concepts by Sulaiman, combining contemporary and futuristic designs.

The design uses the company’s latest glass technology, Guardian Glass, which helps create large, environment-friendly spaces. The attractive Guardian SunGuard® DS Bronze T color has been used that blends well with the environment.

Guardian Glass, with its unique, innovative characteristics, protects against excessive heat and helps save air-conditioning power by as much as 16% percent. This helps in an estimated saving of SAR 16,681,200.
