Swiss delegation explores Saudi localization efforts and SABIC innovations at Home of Innovation™

"Home of Innovation™" recently welcomed esteemed delegates from the Swiss embassy, led by His Excellency Guy Parmelin, a member of the Federal Council and the head of the Federal Department of Economic Affairs, Education, and Research. The purpose of their visit was to gain insight into Saudi Arabia's localization efforts and to explore the latest advancements in technology produced by both local and global companies utilizing SABIC materials.

During their visit, the Swiss delegation received a briefing on the Home of Innovation™ initiative and the collaborative endeavors of its participants and stakeholders aimed at promoting localization. This was followed by an illuminating tour of the high-performance demonstration building and showcase area, providing a firsthand look at the cutting-edge facilities.

The highlight of the visit was SABIC's commitment to sustainability within the industrial sector. Presentations presented SABIC's role as a global leader in the petrochemical industry, showcasing its efforts in driving sustainable practices and innovations.
