GOVERNOR OF CHINA’S ZHEJIANG PROVINCE VISITS HOME OF INNOVATION

Wang Hao, Governor of China’s Zhejiang Province, and his accompanying delegation visited the Home of Innovation™ (HoI), where they were received by Abdulrahman Shamsaddin, EVP, Manufacturing, and Naif Al-Ayed, VP, Local Content and Business Development Unit.

The visitors were briefed on the achievements of HoI and its collaboration with technology partners from around the world, as well as its efforts in developing local content, transferring technology to the Kingdom, and promoting a culture of innovation and sustainability. SABIC’s latest initiatives and its strategies to support Saudi Vision 2030 were also highlighted.

The delegation toured the exhibits and technical solutions at HoI, including a model of CO₂ capture and purification plant, pioneering innovations in the fields of transportation, healthcare, building and construction, and a live demonstration of 3D printing.

They also visited the Demonstration House and viewed the solutions that help save energy by up to 40%. The delegation was also briefed on our NUSANED™ local content initiative.
