Career Path:
Employees progress along this career path by seeking and applying for available positions as they become vacant. It offers a flexible career journey, allowing for both vertical and horizontal moves to gain diverse experiences.
Technical Ladder:
This route is for employees in specific functions. It emphasizes building and retaining critical business knowledge. Advancement is based on increased technical proficiency and responsibility within the same role and involves assessments by the relevant Advancement Committee.

The SABIC Academy is our center for developing, motivating and inspiring our people. This is where our future leaders are made. The strategic tailor-made leadership courses combine experiential learning, coaching, continual assessments, exchange experiences and hear lectures from leaders and experts worldwide.
