Our leadership framework is the set of guiding principles that describes the unique characteristics for leadership success at SABIC. A leader at SABIC refers to everyone from the manufacturing floor to the CEO. Our leaders are compelled to demonstrate courage and integrity by accepting challenges and voicing concerns in a positive way. They lead by example and hold each other accountable.
