The SABIC Human Resources Forum is an expression of the company’s commitment to the Saudi Vision 2030 and reflects the efforts of our highly motivated people to help achieve the Vision’s ambitious economic goals. Under the theme, “Transforming HR: Enabling Saudi 2030 Vision,” the Forum highlights the realignment of Corporate HR and its mission of driving excellence in every area of its functioning.

The Forum offers an opportunity to company leaders, government officials, HR experts, and other stakeholders to share global best practices and look at inspiring success stories. It lays the groundwork for establishing an HR think tank for HR leaders to exchange knowledge at regular round tables. It further helps build an HR transformation agenda with a global mindset to find and develop local solutions and foster talent.

A range of key topics is being taken up for discussion. They include Talent Management Best Practices, Leadership Development, Performance Culture, Change Management, Work and Organization Culture, Digital HR, and Change leadership.
