Empowering Workforces in Industrial Projects

Purpose of Support: Introduce various programs with impact on Saudi young men and women for the purpose of qualifying them and providing them with the necessary leadership skills in a manner that enables them in the future to achieve institutional success in the administrative and industrial environment as well as enhancing localization of the industrial field.

Term: 20 hours in two nonconsecutive days, between which there will be 4 hours of on-the-job guidance (via phone call).

Capacity: 35 persons per batch.

Program overview: Initially, the program increases the participant's awareness of his/her role in solving a problem, and then the solution comes when the participant takes his own responsibility. The participant will be equipped with methods and tools that end the conflict and create solutions.

Training kit: Arbinger trainee kit includes participant's booklet, two books from Arbinger and an action plan to apply the training course after returning to work.

Expected outcome: Graduates are expected to develop high influence and effectiveness in their work environment, the results of which will be reflected in those who they deal with by developing work methods and resolving conflicts and problems encountered by the participant inside and outside his work environment.

Launching timetable: The program is set to be held two to three times a month in more than one city within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. It will be held on Saturdays or Sundays.

Work Methodology:

Nusaned Initiative team is requested to shortlist the names that meet the conditions of participation in the program.

The accepted future leaders attend a preparatory workshop on the program, where they receive the first part of training kit.

The first day of program begins as previously scheduled (program dates will be announced along with the invitations sent to companies to nominate their employees)

After each participant completes 6 applied guidance sessions (via phone calls), the program is concluded and then completion certificates are given to graduates.

Participants are invited to attend the annual program ceremony.

Other notes: Applied guidance sessions are held within a period of three months, one call every two weeks.
