SABIC strategic partnership in “virtual small and medium enterprises 2020 forum”

As part of its contribution to developing local content and supporting industrial investments, SABIC sponsors the "Virtual Small and Medium Enterprises 2020 Forum" held via ZOOM App on November 4-5, sponsored by His Royal Highness Prince Saud bin Nayef bin Abdulaziz, Governor of Eastern Province, and organized by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

Our national initiative NUSANED™ involve as a strategic partner for this event, which fosters our objectives in enabling the 2030 Vision. It also represents a platform to introduce entrepreneurs and investors to our role in supporting emerging projects, attracting local and foreign investment, in addition to creating industry-related opportunities and highlighting our stories on qualifying capabilities and establishing partnerships with relevant sectors through our global network.

The Forum allows participants to learn about our Nusaned™ Initiative, which is the first integrated engine for localizing the industry, and its role in turning innovative ideas into projects. Since its launch in early 2018, the Initiative has contributed to adopting a number of promising investments, graduating qualified entrepreneurs and creating new job opportunities to foster the private sector growth capabilities so as to contribute effectively to the national economy.

It is worth noting that we participate in the Forum through SABIC LCBDU with the aim of enhancing our experience in cooperation with small and medium enterprises, government agencies, businessmen and businesswomen, and benefiting from discussions that cover: retail sector digital competition, logistical solutions and legislation that stimulates e-commerce in the Kingdom, as well as finance, capital increase, and evaluation mechanisms.
